The Aillio Bullet R1 V2 is a state-of-the-art, powerful and compact coffee roaster. It roasts 150g to 1kg of coffee in about 10 minutes. 

The device is suitable for home roasters as well as for budding professionals who use the device for training and already roast smaller production quantities on it for sale. Larger commercial roasters use the machine as a profile roaster as well as for nano lots.

What is the difference between Hottop KN-8828B-2K+ and Aillio Bullet R1 V2?

One of the questions we hear most often is what are the differences between Hottop and Aillio. I have summarised the most important differences from my point of view in a video. Regarding capacity - in the meantime there is a good tutorial on the Aillio website and instructions from Rob Hoos on how to roast smaller quantities than 300g on the Aillio Bullet.

Software

• The roaster can be controlled manually or via PC.
• The software can be either the free Artisan-Scope software or the RoasTime software developed by Aillio, which can also be downloaded for free.

• Both Artisan and RoasTime are available for Windows, Mac and Linux
• RoasTime is a very user-friendly and easy-to-use software. We recommend using RoasTime in combination with the Aillio Bullet.
• RoasTime can be connected to the Aillio Community RoastWorld, which allows easy exchange of profiles and information about the coffees.
