Different versions of the machine
Since there are different models of the device on the market, I’m often asked about the differences between them. Currently, there is only one model approved for sale in Switzerland: the Gene Café CBR-101e (Swiss version).
The older version of the machine no longer meets the requirements for the CE marking and can therefore no longer be sold in Switzerland. It was replaced by the new version in 2023. We’ve outlined the differences for you below.
