Roasting with the Behmor 2020SR Plus home roaster

The Behmor coffee roaster is a reliable and high-quality coffee roasting machine for the home. Many renowned coffee roasters originally started out with the Behmor roaster. This includes the current US Coffee Roasting Champion Andrew Cow, who has shared his best recipes with us.

Roasting with the Behmor home roaster is very easy. The machine is supplied with a few ready-made profiles with which you can roast good coffee without any previous knowledge. Nevertheless, the result will be even better if you try manual roasting and adjust the profiles a little.

The current US Coffee Roasting Champion Andrew Coe has shared a few of his best profiles with us, which I have reproduced below. Before you roast coffee with these profiles, you need to familiarise yourself with the basic functions of the machine. You can also find the original version of the profiles in Fahrenheit and pounds on Andrew's website.

You can see the two temperatures A (exhaust) & B (side wall) by pressing the A or B button. You can adjust the speed of the drum with the D button. Press the C button when first crack is reached.
