Payment / Dispatch

The dispatch of the goods takes place after receipt of payment.

We ship by A-Post, the goods will be delivered in 1-2 working days. 

From a minimum order value of CHF 80, shipping is free of charge.

No additional costs

Since we also sell in the EU, some customers have asked us if there are additional costs or expenses (e.g. customs or taxes) for the purchase. The answer is: no.

The roasters and the green coffee are stored in a dispatch warehouse in Switzerland and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. There are no further costs or expenses.
