In a 30 minute presentation, Morten will present CoffeeMind's vision for the competency pillars skilled roast masters needs to confidently control, modulate, evaluate and serve coffee to different customer segments always nailing their flavour preferences. All this in a form that is easy to understand and can be applied directly in practice. Afterwards, he will be available to answer all your questions about coffee roasting.
Morten Münchow:
Morten is a very experienced coffee roaster and has been teaching coffee roasting for 15 years. He has also designed the SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe) coffee roasting training courses with his company CoffeeMind and has trained and advised hundreds of professional roasters. With his research on topics such as cappuccino foam, water quality, roasting defects, green coffee preparation methods, sensory analysis, consumer preferences and roasting degree preferences, he has contributed like no other to the high quality of the coffees we drink today.
