The DiFluid Omni gives you a precise measurement of the quality of your roast: thanks to the latest technology, you can accurately analyse both the roast degree of whole coffee beans and the grind degree of ground coffee.

The DiFluid Omni is equipped with advanced sensors and shows the results directly on a user-friendly display. Connection to the DiFluid Café app allows for seamless integration and comprehensive data analysis. In addition, built-in data storage allows you to archive your readings and continuously compare and optimise your roasting profiles.

The DiFluid Omni is therefore ideal for professional roasters, baristas and ambitious home roasters who value maximum precision and consistent quality.

Degree of roast measurement: The DiFluid Omni measures roasting degrees from 0 to 150 Agtrons with an impressive accuracy of ±0.1 Agtrons and a fine resolution of 0.1 Agtrons.

Particle size analysis: Captures particle sizes from 100µm to 2500µm with a resolution of 1µm for detailed analysis of grinding degrees.

Touch screen: The 2.8" IPS touch screen provides a clear and user-friendly display of all measurement data.

Battery and charging options: The 2500 mAh battery ensures long battery life and can be conveniently recharged via a 5V⎓1A USB-C cable.
